Buyers may make a $250 in-utero deposit on unborn foals.  How does it work?  Buyer requests gender and color of the foal.  If the foal matches the description requested, the buyer is given first right of refusal.  If the foal matches the description requested, the in-utero deposit is used towards the purchase price and is non-refundable.  If the foal does not match the description requested, the buyer is given first right of refusal and a full refund if the buyer chooses not to purchase the foal.
